Our main office is conveniently located at the intersection of Bruce B. Downs Blvd. and East Bearss Ave. next to the Cracker Barrel restaurant. Our location offers easy access to patients traveling from I-75, I-275 or I-4. This office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Click here for directions.
